This program is for athletes looking to train intensively to fast track their skills. It includes all of the training offered in our 'Inspire' program PLUS additional practices at key times in the season. These practices will go above and beyond our general Inspire curriculum equipping the athlete with:
- Team Specific Strategies for Competition
- Strength and Conditioning Program
- Post Practice and Tournament Nutrition
- Sport Psychology Lessons
- Special Guest Coaches
Pre-Season Prep Camp (May 29th and 31st 5pm-7pm)
Focused skills, drills and gameplay designed to kick-start your season and prepare you for competition.
Soul`s Provincial Camp (Jult 27th 10am-12pm)
Individualized training and gameplay ensures you are at peak performance leading into your Provincial Championships.
